GMEA 2020 Session Information

I love the opportunity to gather with friends and colleagues from my state. Even though we are relatively close geographically, there is never enough time to get together and get into a deep discussion about what we are all doing. Attending GMEA allows this to happen! It’s fantastic to meet new people, hear what others are doing, share ideas, and socialize.

On Thursday, January 23 I had the opportunity to present a session entitled “We tell our students to go home and practice, but do they know how?”. This session discusses the important topic of student practice and provides some strategies that teachers can use to teach their students to have meaningful practice at home.
